Refund Policy

At Vybe Free, we take pride in delivering high-quality products.

Because each order is created just for you, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

All sales are final on custom-printed items.

Refunds and exchanges are only allowed if there is a defect, misprint, or incorrect item received.

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Defective or misprinted items (e.g., print errors, poor-quality printing).

  • Damaged items (manufacturing defects or shipping damage).

  • Incorrect order received (wrong size, design, or color).

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Customer error (wrong size or color selected at checkout).

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Wear and tear after use or washing.

2. Refunds at Vybe Free’s Discretion

For non-custom orders, refunds may be granted at Vybe Free’s sole discretion. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

📌 Order number
📸 Clear photos of the issue (front, back, and close-up of the defect)

Once verified, we will send a replacement or process a refund based on our assessment.

4. Processing Time for Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

  • Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no extra cost.

 5. Cancellations & Modifications

Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations and modifications can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
